Founded by IT veteran Joshua Moskowitz, JBM Tech Group was built on a simple premise: homeowners deserve the same caliber of tech support as major corporations, without the enterprise price tag.
The Journey Behind JBM Tech Group
Josh's career began at Computer Associates in Islandia, NY, leading to over 25 years of enterprise IT experience managing complex systems for government agencies and large corporations across Long Island and South Florida. But while he excelled in the corporate world, his true passion for community-driven tech support grew from a second job. As a single father working to support his two children, Josh took on a second role as an IT field technician for a local computer store in Boca Raton.
When that store closed, Josh's commitment to his clients didn't stop. He continued showing up for the homeowners who relied on him. Through word-of-mouth and a reputation for unmatched reliability, a dedicated side hustle naturally evolved into a thriving small business.
Closing the Gap in Residential IT
Throughout his dual careers, Josh noticed a frustrating gap in the industry: everyday homeowners were left stranded when technology failed. They were forced to choose between paying exorbitant corporate rates, wrestling with automated phone trees, or waiting days for a technician to show up.
In 2026, Josh officially launched JBM Tech Group to bridge that gap.

Today, JBM Tech Group proudly serves hundreds of households across South Palm Beach County and North Broward County. Despite the company's growth, Josh's philosophy remains unchanged. He still personally handles many of the service calls himself, firmly believing that a true concierge IT experience requires staying close to the work — and the people — he serves.
