How does on-site visit pricing work?

On-site house calls are billed at $129/hr with a 1-hour minimum. Most common repairs and setups are completed within 1–2 hours. We'll give you an honest estimate before we start — no surprise charges.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No. All monthly plans are month-to-month. You can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice — no cancellation fees.

What does "smartphone & tablet support" include?

It covers setup, troubleshooting, data transfer, app issues, email configuration, and syncing your phone or tablet with other devices in your home.

What counts as an 'on-site service call' in a plan?

Any visit to your home to diagnose or fix a tech issue counts as one service call. Routine monthly tune-up visits are separate and don't count against your monthly allotment.

What if I need more service calls than my plan includes?

Additional on-site visits beyond your plan's allotment are billed at $129/hr (1-hour minimum) — the same as our standard house call rate.

Do you work on both PCs and Macs?

Yes — we support Windows PCs, Apple Macs, iPhones, Android phones, iPads, and most other consumer devices.

Do you charge extra for travel?

No travel fees within our service area (South Palm Beach County and North Broward County). The price you see is the price you pay.
